Standard Delivery (3–5 working days) - £0
Next Day Weekday Delivery (order before 12pm on weekdays) - £6.95
Next Day Saturday Delivery (order before 12pm on weekdays) - £9.95
Heavier Item Postage (as noted on products) - £10.95

International delivery options
Standard Europe (3–5 working days) - £15.95
Standard USA & Canada (5–10 working days) - £24
Standard Rest of World (5–10 working days) - £24
All parcels are beautifully wrapped and sent via Royal Mail. If an item is out of stock, or made to order, we will email you to confirm the actual date expected.
Click and Collect
Click & Collect is a complimentary delivery-to-store service available at our Pixie store in Hale.
The service allows you to choose a collection date that suits you up to 7 days. If you are unable to collect your order within 7 days of the collection date, your items will be returned.
Returns and replacements
We hope you love your purchase(s), but if you are in any way dissatisfied, we’ll be happy to offer you a refund within 14 working days. For all sale items please return within 7 days.
Before you return your item(s) please make sure they’re unused and unworn, in their original packaging and with all labels and tags still intact. Please include your original receipt and return your goods to:
We recommend you request proof of postage and keep your receipt from the Post Office until your return has been processed. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit, nor can we reimburse postage.
When we receive your return we will refund your card (excluding your original postage) within 30 days. If you have any further queries regarding returns, please email email@example.com. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
